What happens on Day Two.
Day Two is weighted toward operators who have passed the growth phase and are asking what comes next. The conversations are about freedom, wealth, and legacy — and the mechanics of actually getting there without selling the business too cheap or burning out on the way.

The most valuable thing an owner can do is also the hardest. Day Two opens with the honest conversation about why most owners never fully remove themselves and what the ones who did actually did differently. This is the session that tends to run long.
Building the team that runs it without you
Not just hiring well — designing the operating structure so that your absence creates no problems. The operators in this room who have done it will be the best source of information on what actually works.
Wealth beyond the P&L
Most business owners are over-concentrated in their own business. Day Two covers how serious operators are building personal net worth in hard assets, property, and investments alongside the business — without distracting from it.
Preparing for a real exit
What acquirers actually look for when they buy a business. Not what accountants tell you. Not what the books say. What the operators and advisers in this room have seen when the deal room opens. The gap between what you think your business is worth and what a buyer will pay is almost always the same few things.
Exit mechanics
From operators who have actually completed the deal. The sell-side process, how to find the right buyer, how to negotiate without losing leverage, and what happens to you personally on the other side. This session is most useful for people who are 3–5 years out from an exit.
Live hot seats
