The Event
What is this event exactly?
It is a two-day in-person mastermind for business owners operating at scale. It is facilitated by Dan Bradbury, who runs both days live from the front of the room. The format is hot seats, live diagnosis, and group conversation — not a conference with speakers and slides. The content comes from the room, not from a prepared deck.
What does the format look like on the day?
Both days follow the same structure. Dan opens by setting the theme for the session, then turns immediately to the room. Attendees are called on by name — what is actually going on in your business right now? The problem gets diagnosed live in front of the group, with the group contributing. Dan moves the conversation on when a thread runs dry. There is no fixed minute-by-minute schedule, but there is a clear topic spine that keeps each day moving in the right direction.
What is a hot seat?
A hot seat is when one attendee puts their business — and their biggest real problem right now — in front of the room. Dan diagnoses it live and the group contributes. It is the session that most people find most valuable and most people are slightly nervous about before they do it. That nervousness is usually the most reliable indicator that you should do it.
How many people will be in the room?
Capacity is 50. The room is intentionally kept small enough that you will have a conversation with every person in it across the two days.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes. Both days are recorded so attendees can revisit the sessions after the event. Attendees are still asked to keep what is discussed inside the room confidential — the recordings are for your own review, not for wider distribution.
Should I prepare anything before I come?
The main thing to bring is one real problem — something genuinely stuck in your business right now that you would put in the hot seat if you had the chance. Dan will get to you. The more specific and honest you are about what it is, the more the room can help. Beyond that, no preparation is required.
The Room
Who is this for?
Business owners running serious operating businesses — typically £1 million or more in revenue, but more important than the number is the mindset. This is for operators who want to be around other operators at the same level, who are honest about the real problems in their businesses, and who will give as much as they take in a room.
Who is not a good fit?
This is not for early-stage founders, aspiring entrepreneurs, or people who want to be in the room for the networking badge. The value of the room depends entirely on the quality of everyone in it — every place is vetted before it is confirmed.
Day One vs Day Two
Can I attend just one day?
Yes. Day One and Day Two are each available separately at £2,500. Both days together are £3,500, saving £1,500 versus booking separately. Most attendees who come for one day say they wish they had booked both.
What is the difference between Day One and Day Two?
Day One focuses on growth, AI, and acquisition — it is built for operators who are still in build mode and want clarity on the next push. Day Two focuses on wealth, freedom, and exit — it is for operators who have built something serious and are asking the harder questions about personal wealth, removing themselves from the day-to-day, and what a genuine exit looks like. If you are not sure which day is for you, book both.
